Dr. Peter Jarzem is an Orthopaedic Surgeon and a faculty member at McGill University Health Center. Dr Jarzem, a very experienced spine surgeon and researcher, with expertise in a number of innovative procedures related to spine fixation including disc replacement, kyphoplasty, and the latest techniques for spine decompression and fusion, works at both Major McGill Hospital, the Montreal General Hospital and the Jewish General Hospital. He is a main inventor of an Expendable Prosthetic Vertebral System, and has a great design interests in the area of minimally invasive techniques for vertebractomy. Dr. Jarzem received his undergraduate engineering degree and his medical degree from Queen’s University, and then graduated from McGill University’s Orthopaedic Residency Program before completing the fellowship in spine surgery at the Toronto General Hospital and the Jewish General Hospital.
Brett Dunlop, B.A.Sc., M.D., FRCSC
Dr, Dunlop is an Orthopaedic surgeon at St. Joseph Hospital, Hamilton Ontario, and an associate clinical professor of Surgery at McMaster University with clinical and research interests in adult back pain, sciatica and spinal stenosis. He was the McMaster Orthopaedic Royal College residency director from 1990 to 2000 and the Academic Division Head from 1999 until 2010. Dr. Dunlop completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Waterloo followed by a Medical degree at McMaster University. Dr. Dunlop stayed in Hamilton for his residency in Orthopedic Surgery and undertook fellowships in spine and research in Toronto and London UK.
Rudy Reindl, M.D., FRCSC
Dr. Reindl is a member of the surgical faculty at McGill University serving as assistant professor of Surgery. He is an orthopedic surgeon with outstanding credentials and expertise in constructive surgery, trauma and the treatment of the spine. Dr. Reindl received his medical degree from the University of Toronto, followed by his orthopaedic surgical residency at McGill University. He then completed a spinal and trauma surgery fellowship at Charite Clinic, Humboldt University as well as a Trauma, pelvic and acetabular surgery fellowship at Sunnybrook Hospital, University of Toronto
